The Avengers custom mobile skins for Iron Man, do you like? Here is the making process:

Firstly, select the mobile phone model, then upload the design picture of Iron Man to the software of Daqin mobile beauty master. Once the designing process is completed, it’s time to print it out. This is the pciture of printing.

This printer is Epson 1390, which is a 6 colors inkjet printer with A3 size. Daqin provide special vinyl film that can be directly printed by inkjet printer, while ordinary vinyl film can’t be printed by any inkjet printer.

After printing, the vinyl film will need to laminate a layer of lamination effect film to make it water proof and anti-scratch. Additionally, it can add special texture on the mobile skins, such as glossy, matte, flash-matte, ice-flower, twill, gridding, 3D water drops, leather…etc.

It’s cold lamination, no need heat. Once the lamination process is completed, it’s time to put the sheet of film into the cutter for the cutting process. The cutting process can be finished within 1 minute.
